Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for an experienced

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution of interior works, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the internal design team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site interior work, ensuring timely and quality execution. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labour teams to maintain smooth workflow. Read, interpret, and execute drawings (Architectural, Civil, MEP, Interior). Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project progress to the project head. Ensure materials are checked, received, and used as per specifications. Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness. Identify and resolve site issues promptly. Conduct site measurements, BOQ verification, and quality checks. Adhere to project timelines, standards, and client requirements. Assist with handover procedures and final snag closure.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision. Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle site challenges independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
