Site Supervisor

to oversee project implementation on-site and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Job Overview:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the execution of interior design projects on-site, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control in alignment with design specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on project sites

Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

Monitor project timelines and budget constraints

Report progress, issues, and updates regularly to the project manager and design team

Resolve on-site challenges swiftly and professionally

Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and photographs

Ensure materials and manpower are available as needed

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Handover project to client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in site supervision for interior design or construction projects

Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes

Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred

Own vehicle and valid driver's license (if applicable)
