Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination between the design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to interior works. Ensure work progress as per design, drawing, and project schedule. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams. Check measurements, materials, and workmanship for quality assurance. Manage and track site resources, materials, and manpower. Prepare daily work reports, site progress updates, and material requirements. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with project standards. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Conduct site inspections with clients and handle minor design clarifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture. 2-5 years of experience in supervising interior or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution methods. Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and measurements. Good communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred).

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
