KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SITE MANAGER

1. Oversee day to day site execution activities by understanding final drawings and quotations.

2. Coordinate with vendors and purchaser for timely supply of materials at site.

3. Ensure smooth work flow between all vendors like false ceiling, carpenters, electricians and plumbers and other vendors.

4. Executing interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.

5. Inspect materials received as per order placed.

6. Report any defects or deviations to the Project Manager or Designer.

7. Communicate client changes or instructions through MOM to the team.

8. Ensure proper storage of materials; avoid wastage as much as possible.

9. Ensuring completion of project execution without any time delay.

10. Update the weekly reports in the client group along with pictures on every Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
