Job Summary

Aruwa Interior is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage interior design projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, maintain quality standards, coordinate with teams, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise daily on-site activities related to interior work (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and subcontractors Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project manager Manage site labor, materials, and tools efficiently Ensure safety compliance and resolve any on-site issues promptly Maintain proper documentation including site reports, labor attendance, and material usage

Requirements

:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior project supervision Knowledge of interior finishing materials and technical aspects Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Must be proactive and committed to delivering quality work on time
