A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Job responsibilities typically include supervising construction workers, coordinating and scheduling activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving issues and conflicts, and communicating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Site supervisors also manage equipment and materials, maintain records and documentation, and conduct quality control checks.
Ensure men, material and machine availability at all times in assigned projects.
Ensure proper security measures for store and site.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
1- 6 years
of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial, retail, or residential sectors.
Proven track record of managing
on-site execution
, vendor coordination, and quality control.
Experience working on
multi-location projects
across different states is highly desirable.
