An Interiors is looking for Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior works at the project site. Ensure that all interior works (civil finishes, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, etc.) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution. Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups. Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of milestones. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site. Coordinate with MEP team to ensure services integration within interior works. Handle vendor/contractor management, billing verification, and material approvals. Report progress, highlight challenges, and suggest solutions to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. 10-15 years of proven experience in interior execution for large-scale

hospitality / hotel / commercial projects

. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, joinery, and luxury standards. Good understanding of MEP coordination related to interiors. Strong leadership, site supervision, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
