We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. The role includes supporting the design team in concept development and actively supervising ongoing project sites to ensure seamless execution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical on-site experience along with studio-based learning in the interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentation drawings
Support in AutoCAD drawings, 2D plans & basic 3D design coordination
Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution progress
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labour teams, and material suppliers
Maintain daily site updates, work progress reports, and photo documentation
Ensure execution quality as per technical drawings and design guidelines
Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and sourcing
Help the senior design team with client presentations and project discussions
Skills & Requirements
Pursuing / completed Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to travel and be available at site when required
Positive attitude and ability to work under deadlines
