The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing modular kitchen installations at client sites. This includes coordinating workers, ensuring quality work, maintaining timelines, and keeping clients informed throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day installation of modular kitchens and related fittings.
o
Check site readiness (plumbing, electrical, and civil work) before installation.
o
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
o
Ensure proper use of materials and check installation quality.
o
Manage and guide installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors.
o
Communicate with clients about project progress and resolve site issues.
o
Maintain daily work reports, checklists, and site photos.
o
Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are followed on-site. Qualifications
o
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
o
3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in modular kitchens or interior work.
o
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Good knowledge of modular kitchen materials, fittings, and installation methods.
