Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. The role acts as a bridge between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior works (carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc.) Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Monitor daily site progress and prepare work schedules Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure material availability and proper storage on site Conduct quality checks and ensure finishing standards are met Enforce site safety rules and maintain a clean, organized site Identify and resolve site issues proactively Report daily/weekly progress to the Director's Assist in site measurements, inspections, and snag-list closure Ensure timely completion of work within budget
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field 5-8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and workmanship Ability to read and understand drawings and technical details Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Skills

Experience in residential / commercial / retail interiors Familiarity with local site safety regulations Ability to handle multiple vendors and teams Leadership and team management skills
Work Conditions

Full-time, site-based role May require extended hours based on project deadlines

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
