The site supervisor's responsibilities include: -

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand project design, drawings, and scope of work. Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely site execution. Manage contractors and ensure timely delivery of their assigned tasks. Control material wastage on site through efficient utilization. Ensure quality execution as per defined site quality standards. Plan material requirements in advance for smooth procurement and delivery. Ensure timely ordering of materials as per the execution schedule. Monitor project progress and ensure on-time completion as per the plan. Identify and resolve technical issues encountered at the site. Act as a communication bridge between vendors, the organization, and the client. Ensure proper storage and handling of unused materials for reusability. Enforce site safety rules to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries. Verify contractor billing, measurements, and work outputs. Take project sign-off and provide proper handover to the client.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5-10 years of experience with a proven track record in executing turnkey interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial spaces (food & retail outlets, kiosks). Strong knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical, and various MEP works. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze drawings and BOQ. Proficient in measurement and billing processes. Willingness to travel across India and stay at project locations for the full duration. Flexibility to work night shifts when required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and customer requirements. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools. Should be open to work for pan-India
