We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and modular furniture installation projects. Also have the knowledge and background of interior designing.

Experience of client handling, keen knowledge of 2D AutoCAD, sketch up, working in modular firm will be an additional benefit. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and coordination among various on-site teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking design projects from concept to completion. Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, design specifications, and safety standards. Interpreting and translating customer needs into plans. Co-ordinating finalised details within the team. Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, carpenters, electricians, and other on-site contractors. Monitor installation of modular furniture, false ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements. Interpret 2D drawings, layout plans, and BOQs to guide the site team. Ensure proper quality control and finishing as per client expectations. Manage site inventory, materials, and tools efficiently. Provide regular project status updates to the project manager and escalate issues as needed. Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and progress documentation. Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and company protocols. Act as the on-site point of contact for vendors and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or relevant field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in handling interior site supervision, especially in modular furniture projects.

Good knowledge of materials, modular systems, and interior fit-out processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.

Proficient in MS Office and site documentation tools.
