Key Duties:
Site Management:
Oversee and manage residential interior design projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the design team and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients on-site to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the implementation of design plans aligns with quality standards.
Timeline Adherence:
Ensure on-time completion of projects within established timelines and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
Proven experience in on-site supervision of residential interior design projects.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
