Job Description

Supervise all interior finishing and fit-out works on site (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, furniture installation). Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards. Review and interpret project drawings and technical documents. Manage site labor, allocate tasks, and oversee performance. Track project progress and provide daily/weekly site updates to management. Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner. Maintain inventory of materials and ensure timely availability on-site. Ensure clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments. Conduct site inspections and assist in snagging and handover processes

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
