About the Role

Quixotic Aura Interio, a leading interior design company in Pune, is looking for an

Interior Site Supervisor

to handle day-to-day site operations for residential and commercial projects.This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth on-site execution as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams for efficient project progress. Oversee material deliveries, site logistics, and ensure correct installation and finishing. Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and report daily progress to the project manager. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain site cleanliness and discipline. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

supervising

interior/fit-out

works. Good understanding of

materials, finishes, joinery, furniture installation

, and quality standards. Ability to

read and interpret AutoCAD drawings

and BOQs. Strong communication and coordination skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Must be

based in Pune

or ready to relocate immediately (on-site role only). Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site tasks efficiently.
