Urgent requirement for Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for on-site coordination, supervision, and quality control of all interior fit-out and finishing works for hospital and healthcare projects. The role ensures timely execution, adherence to design and specifications, and smooth coordination among contractors, vendors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for materials, finishes, and installations. Check and ensure the quality of work, materials, and workmanship at the site. Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance, and material consumption records. Ensure work completion within the project timeline and budget. Verify measurements and assist in preparing work progress bills. Handle site-level problem-solving and report issues to the project manager/architect. Enforce safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite. Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists during final finishing stages. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) teams to ensure integration of services with interior works.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.

Experience:

8 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out works; experience in hospital or commercial projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of interior materials, joinery, finishes, and detailing. Understanding of working drawings and site measurements. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination abilities. Leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.
