Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day activities on interior construction sites. Manage and guide site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets design specifications, quality standards, and finishes Monitor and enforce adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on site. Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide progress updates. Monitor project progress against schedules, identify potential issues, and manage project timelines efficiently. Address and resolve on-site conflicts, technical issues, and any challenges that arise during construction. Prepare interim and final site reports, document project progress, and maintain site records.

Essential Skills

Ability to direct teams, motivate performance, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Understanding of construction processes, interior design principles, and project plans. A flexible and proactive attitude to handle changing site conditions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site issues efficiently. Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD and MS Office. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within a construction environment.
