Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects (residential/commercial).
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly reports using
MS Excel
.
Prepare material requirement lists and track inventory using Excel sheets.
Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain site documentation including attendance, work logs, and material records.
Communicate regularly with project managers and clients on site status.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience
in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Proficient in MS Excel
(data entry, reporting, tracking, and basic formulas).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willing to travel to multiple sites as needed.
