Position: Interior Site Supervisor (3-5 Month on a Project Basis)

Location: Pune

Roles and responsibilities:

The Interior Site Supervisor supports the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects by coordinating all aspects of execution--covering flooring, HVAC (central air conditioning), painting, furniture, and other finishes. The role acts as a communication link between clients, design teams, vendors, and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up on all interior works, including: Flooring installation (tiles, wood, vinyl, carpet) Central air conditioning systems (ducting, AC unit placement, etc.) Painting and surface finishes Furniture installation (modular and custom-built) Liaise between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow. Maintain detailed project schedules and track activity progress. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for each work stage. Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications. Support quality control and assist site supervisors with on-site decisions. Prepare project reports, coordinate client approvals, and follow up on snagging and rectifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/diploma in interior design, civil engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination. Working knowledge of interior finishing materials and services (flooring, HVAC, painting, furniture).

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
