Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Interior and Construction Site Supervisor

with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out and construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction drawings, interior detailing, material execution, vendor management, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for residential and commercial interior or civil construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards. Monitor and control material usage, inventory, and procurement at the site. Handle on-site workforce, assign tasks, and track daily progress. Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of site milestones. Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the construction site. Identify and resolve any technical or execution issues in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation. Inspect workmanship and material quality during execution. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely resource availability. Conduct site measurements, verify billing quantities, and support billing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum

3 years

of proven experience in site supervision for interior/execution works. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, civil works, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, etc. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation tools. Ability to handle multiple sites if required.

Preferred Qualities:

Leadership and team-handling capabilities. Proactive problem-solving attitude. Flexibility to travel to different project locations. Experience in turnkey projects is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
