Site Supervisor - EXE Interiors

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are executed as per designs and timelines. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and workers to maintain seamless workflow. Monitor and enforce safety standards and guidelines on-site. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client requirements. Track project progress and provide updates to project managers. Manage site resources and resolve any on-ground issues efficiently. Maintain documentation of site activities, including attendance and materials used.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projects. Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in understanding drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
