Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Reports to: Project Manager/Construction Manager

Location: Construction site (varies)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities, including installation of finishes, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Manage and mentor site staff, including carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met
Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and safety incidents
Identify and resolve site-related problems and conflicts
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards
Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in interior construction supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings, and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Working Conditions:

Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
