Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute interior works including carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, and joinery.
Implement architectural and interior drawings accurately.
Maintain quality, materials, and specifications on site.
Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, and workforce.
Track material requirements, consumption, and report shortages.
Monitor site progress to meet timelines and finishing standards.
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years experience
in interior fit-out execution.
Strong knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, veneers, ACP, hardware, false ceilings, paints, tiles, sanitary items, etc.
Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets.
Ability to manage multiple teams and solve on-site issues independently.
Strong sense of quality, finishing, and time management.
