Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Projects (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure timely and quality execution of interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage interior fit-out activities at project sites Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications Maintain daily site reports, material logs, and progress documentation Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding site updates Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision for interior projects Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as needed
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AutoCAD or site measurement tools Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects Ability to manage small teams and multitask under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
