Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities of interior design and fit-out projects. This role ensures that work is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. The site supervisor will coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, monitor, and manage all site activities related to interior works. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Coordinate with project managers, designers contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless site execution. Conduct daily inspection to check material usage, workmanship, and progress of work. Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical problems promptly. Ensure all interior works are completed in line with design intent and client requirements. Support in cost control by minimizing wastage of materials and optimizing manpower. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress

Qualification :

Minimum 2 to 5 years proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior Designing, or Fit-out Projects, or Similar Field Bachelors Degree Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction techniques. Good leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail with quality-focused execution.
