Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ensure that materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project requirements.

Check quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to design and finishing standards.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Handle minor site issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate major concerns to management.

Assist in project handover and final quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution methods.

Ability to read drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture, false ceiling, etc.).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
