Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution as per design and schedule. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor quality control, safety, and compliance with all site protocols. Read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Prepare daily work progress reports and update project status to management. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution. Manage subcontractors, site workers, and maintain discipline at site.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in supervising interior fit-out works Strong knowledge of interior finishing, carpentry, MEP coordination, and civil basics. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical details. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Flexibility to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
