Job Description

Supervise all interior fit-out and finishing works at the site including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and modular installations. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure material availability and efficient workflow. Monitor the quality of workmanship and conduct routine checks to maintain high standards. Handle on-site measurements, progress tracking, and daily reporting to the project manager. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all site workers. Resolve any technical or execution-related issues that arise during the work. Attend site meetings with clients and consultants as required. Maintain site documentation including work checklists, attendance logs, and progress reports. Coordinate handover processes and ensure snag-free delivery of the project.
