Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage on-site interior fit-out and finishing works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed according to design, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily interior site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and modular installations. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project scope and requirements. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly work reports. Handle material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory control on-site. Ensure safety compliance and resolve any site-related issues promptly. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of individual tasks. Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of defects.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction techniques, and technical drawings. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and labor teams efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
