We are seeking a talented and motivated

Interior Residential SIte Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential interior design projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for interior design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for each project. Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to procure materials, furniture, and accessories. Oversee the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and accuracy. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide solutions as needed. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns. Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, invoices, and change orders. Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in residential interior design project management & supervision. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Proficiency in project management software and tools (

Autocad , Sketchup

). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
