Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site activities for our interior projects. The ideal candidate must have

at least 1 year of relevant work experience

in interior execution and a strong understanding of site coordination, quality control, and team management. Candidates with a

degree or diploma in Civil Engineering

will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site execution of interior works including

flooring, false ceiling, POP partitions, wardrobes, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing activities

. Ensure all work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Manage daily labour activities, allocate tasks, and ensure timelines are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate documentation including daily site reports, material inventory, and progress records. Identify issues proactively and implement timely solutions to avoid delays. Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and utilized properly at site. Attend client meetings and provide updates on site progress when required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience

in interior site supervision. Hands-on experience in

flooring, false ceilings, POP partitions, wardrobes, carpentry, and other interior finishing works

is mandatory.

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

preferred. Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, measurements, and material knowledge. Ability to manage teams, coordinate efficiently, and troubleshoot issues at site. Good communication and time-management skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Work Location

Project sites as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
