We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee all on-site interior fit-out activities. You will ensure that work is carried out per design intent, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will be the bridge between the design team, subcontractors, labor, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site interiors work, including carpentry, joinery, finishes (walls, ceiling, flooring), furniture installation, and lighting. Apna+2Apna+2 Interpret design drawings, BOQs, and layout plans; ensure that execution matches the approved technical drawings. Apna+1 Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials. MYTAT Monitor and report daily site progress (labor attendance, material usage, subcontractor performance) to the Project Manager / Design Lead. Apna Enforce quality control: inspect workmanship, conduct snagging, and ensure finish standards are met. Scribd+1 Ensure site safety: conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols, and maintain site discipline. Apna Manage logistics: material deliveries, inventory at site, and resource allocation. MYTAT Handle final handover: punch-list management, snag resolution, and documentation of as-built finishes. Apna Prepare and maintain site documentation: daily reports, progress logs, site diaries, and quality checklists. Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Interior Design. Experience: Ideally Min1 year of Exp in interior fit-out or finishing projects. Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD / technical drawings. Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability to deal with on-site challenges. Basic computer skills (MS Office) and ability to maintain site documentation. Commitment to safety and quality. Two-wheeler and driving license required.
