The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site interior work, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure smooth execution of interior projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth progress of interior work.
Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Identify and resolve any technical or on-site issues promptly.
2. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate between the design team, contractors, and clients for site updates and requirements.
Communicate daily with project managers or senior supervisors regarding site status.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates and clarifications.
Ensure materials, drawings, and resources are available on site as per schedule.
3. Material Management
Check and verify measurements for materials as per site requirements.
Monitor delivery, usage, and storage of materials at the site.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply of materials.
Prevent material wastage and ensure proper inventory tracking.
4. Quality Control & Safety
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
Inspect ongoing work and report deviations or defects to the project manager.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
Ensure all contractors and workers follow health and safety regulations.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain a daily site log including manpower, work progress, material usage, and issues.
Take site photos and share daily updates with the management team.
Prepare site measurement reports and work progress reports.
Assist in preparing billing and quantity verification documents.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and BOQs.
Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
