Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and drawings.

Pay: ₹11,289.62 - ₹30,923.73 per month
