, we craft high-end residential interiors that combine luxury, functionality, and timeless design. We are looking for a proactive Site Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects and ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned luxury residential interior projects. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed with precision. Monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and workmanship on site. Prepare progress reports, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or delays. Coordinate deliveries, resources, and manpower efficiently to keep projects on schedule. Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, approvals, and changes.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Proven experience managing residential interior projects, preferably in the luxury segment. Smart, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Ability to take full ownership and accountability for project outcomes. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
