Paliath Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional site and vendor management skills and will be responsible for executing projects based on the finalized designs provided by our designers. The candidate should be confident in maintaining regular communication with vendors, designers, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of designs within the agreed schedule, while maintaining the highest quality standards. The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of materials, working techniques, and the interdependencies of activities in the interior design field to facilitate a seamless site execution experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the site to ensure project execution aligns with the agreed schedule.

- Understand the technical requirements of the work and effectively communicate them to others.

- Provide constructive guidance to execution partners to motivate and ensure quality performance.

- Set project goals and supervise projects until completion.

- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding implementation queries.

- Have experience in implementing interiors for high-end premium villas, residential, and commercial projects.

- Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to prevent delays and obstacles in execution.

- Prepare interim and final checklists and reports for management as necessary.

- Understand client requirements and serve as a liaison between clients and designers in case of deviations in accordance with company principles.

- Professionally manage escalations on site.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the residential and commercial interior industry.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of additional software is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada are mandatory.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and a team player with a flexible and adaptable work approach.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the design industry.

- Experience coordinating with clients and designers from concept to final stage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
