Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Interior Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in site supervision, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers for smooth execution. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Maintain site documentation, including work progress reports, material logs, and labor records. Handle on-site problem-solving, troubleshooting, and rectifications. Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors efficiently. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Report project progress to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or related field. 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of materials, finishing, and interior execution techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with site measurements, quality checks, and contractor coordination. Willingness to travel to different site locations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
