Overview:

We are hiring a

Civil Site Engineer (5-7 years experience)

who is street-smart, disciplined, and skilled in

on-site execution, labour management, and quality control

for interior and civil finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Manage and guide labour teams for maximum efficiency and output. Coordinate with vendors, verify site work, and manage material flow. Ensure strict quality standards, safety, and on-time delivery. Handle labour and vendor payments with transparency and accountability. Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates clearly.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum

5-7 years of hands-on site experience

in interior or civil finishing projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and on-ground decision-making skills. Practical understanding of construction techniques and site challenges. Smart, reliable, and capable of independently handling multiple sites.

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month

Gurgaon Sector 56, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
