Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our dynamic interior design firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of design projects at various sites, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will act as the main point of contact between the design team, clients, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure the effective execution of design plans and adherence to project timelines.

Coordination:

Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with the design vision.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues as they arise on-site, making informed decisions to maintain project progress and quality.

Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison between all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any challenges faced.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, schedules, and changes in scope, and report to management as needed.

Budget Management:

Monitor project expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and reporting any discrepancies promptly.

Team Leadership:

Guide and motivate site workers, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively toward project goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
