Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth site execution.
Inspect finishes, detailing, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Enforce health & safety practices on-site.
Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site documentation.
Report site progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in
Civil / Interior / Architecture
(preferred).
2-3 years of experience
in supervising
interior fit-out projects
(commercial, retail, office, or residential).
Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Practical knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, and on-site coordination.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
Familiarity with interior detailing and finishing standards.
Ability to manage workforce efficiently and meet deadlines.
