Job Title: interior Site Supervisor

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5 years

Requirements:

- Hands-on knowledge of Excel

- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) knowledge, preferably with a background in Mechanical Engineering

- Proven experience in team management and coordination

- Ability to ensure work completion within given timelines

- Skilled in preparing bar charts (e.g., Gantt charts) and reports

- Experience in daily progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency

- Manage and coordinate MEP activities, including plumbing and mechanical systems

- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals

- Prepare and track progress reports, bar charts, and other documentation

- Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines and milestones

Industry: Construction (specifically for projects involving office spaces, potentially including interior design and installation of custom furniture)
