Job Description

An Interior Site Supervisor manages and coordinates all on-site activities related to interior construction, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, interpreting client requirements, and acting as a liaison between clients, designers, and on-site personnel. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the execution of interior design plans, ensuring they are implemented correctly and meet quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site workers, including construction crews and subcontractors, according to Talentlyft.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed.

Quality Control:

Inspect and evaluate the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the required standards.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all site activities adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

Reporting:

Prepare interim and final reports on project progress, costs, and any issues encountered.

Coordination:

Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and resources.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any problems or issues that arise on the site.
Required Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of interior design principles and practices. Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans. Desired Qualifications:

A diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design, construction management, or a related field is often preferred. Experience in interior construction or a related field is beneficial.
