. The ideal candidate will have a

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

and a minimum of

3 years of experience

in interior site supervision. The role involves overseeing bathroom installation projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee the execution of bathroom interior projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with project blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Supervise the installation of tiles, sanitaryware, plumbing fixtures, and other bathroom accessories. Manage site labor and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. Ensure that all installations adhere to industry best practices and safety regulations. Monitor the use of materials to prevent wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

3. Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to align execution with the design vision. Communicate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Address client concerns and provide on-site solutions as needed.

4. Safety & Documentation

Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents. Maintain detailed project reports, including work progress, material usage, and site challenges. Document any changes or modifications in project execution.

5. Budget & Timeline Management

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of bathroom installations. Work within allocated budgets while maintaining quality standards. Identify and resolve any on-site challenges that may cause delays.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
