Interior Site Supervisor

Experience:

3-6 years (Home Interiors experience mandatory)

Salary:

Up to ₹40,000 per month

Location:

Bangalore (candidate must be flexible to travel anywhere in Bangalore)

Home Interior Projects

Strong knowledge of modular interiors, carpentry, civil, electrical & installation works Ability to coordinate with factory, vendors, carpenters & technicians Good understanding of design drawings (2D/3D) Strong problem-solving skills at site Must be

flexible to travel to multiple sites across Bangalore

Ability to handle client communication professionally Good reporting, follow-up and site documentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site work execution Ensure work is carried out as per design, quality, and timeline Coordinate material delivery & installation Daily site updates to the design & operations team Manage technicians, carpenters, painters, and vendors Resolve site issues quickly and efficiently Maintain site safety, quality, and cleanliness Handover project after completion with proper checklist
