Job Summary

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior execution and fit-out work at residential and commercial project sites. The role involves on-site supervision, coordination with local vendors and contractors, working with AutoCAD drawings, estimation, and ensuring timely, high-quality interior execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise interior execution work at project sites Coordinate daily site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and finishing works Execute work as per approved interior drawings and AutoCAD working drawings Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams Prepare and verify material estimation, BOQ, and quantity take-offs Ensure material availability, quality control, and timely site execution Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the design team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as an Interior Site Supervisor / Interior Site Engineer Strong knowledge of interior execution and fit-out works Working knowledge of AutoCAD Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity calculation Vendor management and contractor coordination experience Willingness to travel across project sites Understanding of local interior materials, finishes, and execution standards

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential apartments, villas, offices, and retail interiors Ability to handle multiple interior sites Strong communication and coordination skills
