SMK Mouldars LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced
Interior Site Supervisor
to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects at site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordination with contractors, and timely completion of interior works as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce
Ensure execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers
Monitor work quality, workmanship, and material usage
Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards
Handle site measurements, inspections, and progress reporting
Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues
Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and material records
Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3-4years of experience in interior site supervision
Strong knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, modular furniture, gypsum, painting, flooring, and finishes
Ability to read and interpret interior drawings
Good communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential, commercial, or office interiors
Knowledge of material specifications and vendors
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
