Role Overview

We are looking for a

proactive and execution-focused Interior Site Supervisor

to manage on-site activities and ensure projects are delivered as per design, quality standards, and timelines. You will act as the bridge between the design team, vendors, and clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications. Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors. Monitor carpentry, modular installations, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ensure material quality, measurements, and workmanship standards. Plan daily work schedules and track progress against timelines. Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively. Conduct site inspections and quality checks at every stage. Ensure site safety, discipline, and cleanliness. Maintain daily site reports, material consumption, and work progress updates. Assist in snag list preparation and final handover.
Requirements

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in interior site execution (residential/commercial). Strong knowledge of interior construction methods and materials. Ability to read and understand working drawings and BOQs. Familiarity with modular furniture installations is a plus. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously. Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad sites.
