Marysadan Projects Pvt Ltd (Kalady, Kerala) is hiring an experienced

Interior Site Supervisor

for residential and commercial fit-out projects. We are looking for someone who can manage on-site execution, material quality, labour teams and ensure timely completion of interior works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise interior works: carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceilings & joinery Implement architectural and interior drawings accurately Maintain quality and finishing standards on site Coordinate with contractors, vendors and workforce daily Track manpower and material consumption; report shortages Ensure safety, cleanliness and discipline on site Monitor progress and ensure completion within timelines

Requirements

Minimum

2+ years experience

in interior fit-out execution Strong knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, ACP, tiles, sanitary fittings, hardware etc. Good understanding of

BOQ, drawings and measurement sheets

Ability to solve site-level issues independently Strong sense of finishing, quality and time management
