On-Site Interior Project Supervisor

. As a full-time, on-site employee, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to design and quality standards. Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project goals, requirements, and progress updates. Inspect and monitor site work to identify and resolve issues or deviations from design plans. Manage project documentation including schedules, budgets, and material procurement. Enforce safety regulations and maintain high-quality control standards on-site.

Requirements

Previous experience in interior design, project supervision, or site execution. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and fit-out processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve challenges effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision. Proficiency in project management tools or software is an added advantage.
