to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations across multiple project locations in Delhi NCR.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
Interpret and implement working drawings and construction details effectively on-site.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Report site progress, issues, and updates to the design team and senior management.
Monitor materials, manpower, and site logistics.
Requirements:
Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of building construction processes and detailing.
Proficient in reading and interpreting working drawings.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to various sites across Delhi NCR.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with interior site execution.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
